Corporate Insurance Portal
This portal for a global insurance provider allows customers to manage property and casualty policies across large international programmes.
The portal allows customers to notify the insurance provider of a loss and upload any supporting evidence they need to make a claim.
I was the Lead Designer for the first phase of the project, which went from defining requirements and establishing a visual direction through to the first release of the product.
The project was run as an Agile process. I helped to plan sprints, review requirements and manage a backlog of user stories.
Throughout the project I conducted regular wireframe reviews with subject matter experts, as well as detailed user testing with potential customers.
The project deliverable was a pattern library, which provided working front-end code for all the component parts of the user interface.
